I have practised yoga since 2000, undertaking a Foundation Course with the British Wheel of Yoga, followed by their 500 hours Teacher Training and am also a qualified Massage Practitioner and Primary School Teacher.

I teach Tuesday afternoons 2.15 – 3.30pm in the newly refurbished JNA room at the Colman Redland Centre in Reigate, and Thursday mornings 10.00 – 11.30am in the recently renovated upper room at Church House, Bletchingley.

Classes cost £11.00 as a drop in, and if a half term or full term is booked this decreases, I also provide mats and equipment, and parking is ample at both venues.
