I have been doing yoga with Victoria for a few years. She always makes the classes interesting and tailors them to our different needs every week. She has the ability to make us all feel able and gives us just the right amount of encouragement to challenge ourselves. I would strongly recommend a yoga session with Victoria.

I wanted to thank you for getting me into yoga. I was apprehensive the first time that Taru persuaded me to come along to the class, as I felt extremely un-flexible, but the way that you teach put me at ease right away. I have really enjoyed the classes and will definitely keep it up. If I have a chance to come down to Silwood on a Tuesday I will come along to the class.
