We are two experienced and qualified yoga teachers teaming up to combine our experience, not only in yoga, but in martial arts, long distance cycling, weight lifting and meditation! We join forces to bring you the best of yin and yang, solar and lunar, power and surrender and to ensure that you receive the attention and guidance necessary to learn correct alignment and technique in yoga postures. We believe that correct execution is crucial not only to see results but to remain safe.

Working on strength and flexibility throughout to prepare the body (and mind!) for ‘peak postures’ such as arm balances, inversions and deep twists. Achieve the impossible!

Yoga will perfectly compliment your existing training regime by boosting power and energy levels, helping to keep injuries at bay and releasing tight and over worked muscles. Open the hips, lengthen the hamstrings and develop incredible core strength.
