Vinyasa flow class @ The Hamptons, Worcester Park – working with the breath, a dynamic and energising class, challenging in parts but with space to modify with less experienced practitioners and also opportunities to deepen practise with those experienced. Postures will align, strengthen, open the body and make space in the mind – moving meditation.
