I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher (Introductory Levels 1 + 2), having qualified in the summer of 2018 after practising yoga for 16 years.
My classes are relaxed and friendly with all levels welcome, from beginners to those who practise regularly.
For those unfamiliar with Iyengar yoga, it is a safe form of yoga that offers the opportunity for improved flexibility and strength, better physical health and well being overall. When practised regularly you will notice improvement in all these areas.
All teachers have to complete Iyengar yoga training, which is intense and robust. This ensures that as teachers we can adapt the poses for all levels and assist in adjusting those with physical challenges.
