Cindy Lin Yoga

I am a yoga teacher with traditional yoga training form Kaivalyadham India with Sri. O.P Tiwari. I have been teaching for 14 years in Asia, mostly in Taiwan and I moved to England 2 years ago.

I am now teaching in the village halls around Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Yoga practice teaches us to use our body wisely and gain greater awareness of our mind. I believe keeping active is a key part of both physical and mental wellbeing. My Classes integrate the perfect combination of western sports science and ancient eastern yoga knowledge. I wish to empower people to live a more active and balance lifestyle.
