Yoga in Nuneaton/Bedworth with Clare Logie at Hatters Space Community Centre £7 per class

A general Hatha yoga session suitable for all levels including beginners at a cost of £7 per class.
This friendly class runs all through the year.
The centre has lots of parking and the hall is clean and warm.
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years now and teaching for nearly 10.
I am qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma and teach 2 styles of yoga, Hatha, which is the more common style of yoga found in the uk, including posture work, breathing techniques and relaxation. Power Yoga is a more physical practice based on the Ashtanga Yoga System, more suited for the physically fit or sports genre.
