About Gemma Murphy Yoga in Rugby area

I’m a British Wheel of Yoga teacher offering private, group and corporate yoga classes in Rugby and surrounding areas.

My yoga sequences are typically powerful and dynamic and encourage vitality and rejuvenation, balanced with slower and more mindful poses, leaving your body and mind in a relaxed and exhilarated state. Classes usually include meditation, breathwork, yoga postures and relaxation. Elements of yoga philosophy are also often weaved into the class to help you understand something of the context of the yoga you are practising.

All sequences are carefully crafted and inclusive to all. Regular practice helps tone muscles, improve balance, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Beginners welcome. Just come with an open mind!

Group Classes
Group classes focus on developing strength and comfort in the body, flowing through postures while staying connected to your breath. I currently offer two weekly group classes in Townsend Memorial Hall in Clifton-upon-Dunsmore near Rugby CV23 0BD and Houlton School, Signal
way CV23 1ED. Classes are held.

Private Classes
Private yoga classes are designed to suit you; Your body, your needs and your ability. Working together to achieve what you would like: this may be an introduction to yoga, gentle recovery from an injury, increasing your fitness levels, creating more flexibility within your body or simply time to unwind and relax at your own pace.

Private yoga classes may be suited to you if you are a professional with a demanding job and busy lifestyle, a beginner who would benefit from one to one sessions, or a high profile individual who requires the discretion and privacy of your own home.

Yoga in the workplace
Classes are completely personalised to suit your requirements. From ‘Dynamic Physical Classes’ to total ‘Breathwork and Relaxation Classes’  that can even be carried out in business wear. It could even be a ‘No Sweat Class’ if you don’t have showers or changing room facilities.

The benefit of this tailored approach can range from higher staff retention, enhanced motivation and creativity, reduced absenteeism and even a greater sense of team and work morale.
