After experiencing such a profound change in my outlook on life through the practise of yoga, I decided to embark on a quest to share this gift with others.
I trained intensively in Portugal with Indiv Yoga to gain my 200 hour qualification.
I am deeply passionate about the spiritual aspects of yoga, as well as the mental advantages such as calm and focus, and physical benefits such as alignment, balance and posture.
A mind-body connection is vital to yoga as well as everyday life.
I believe that breath and rythmn are key to an authentic yoga practise, and set the ancient past time apart as a moving meditation, rather than a workout.
Based in Birmingham, UK I am available for both group and private classes.
