Ardent lover of yoga from childhood  I have had the fortune of meeting and learning from great teachers whose wisdom has shed light on my own spiritual quest for greater understanding through the profound practice of kundalini Tantra yoga philosophy and Hatha yoga practice through 200 hour teacher training course  . yoga is the union of mind , body and soul  .  2020  has been such a perfect time for me to dive deep within and make yoga a practice of revelation and self discovery through complete surrender .
