Physiyolates is an integrated clinic which combines our areas of passion and expertise under one roof. We believe that this concept creates a synergy and a truly holistic approach to health, wellbeing and performance.

Our practice is supported by evidence-based research gained from our combined extensive experience of working within sports science and medicine in elite level professional sport. Our methods are underpinned by a solid understanding of applied anatomy and movement and positive psychology and coaching. We are based within a beautiful new building in the heart of Knowle, Solihull. The clinic is relaxed, but with a vibrant feel, which ensures each of our clients receives individual attention and a truly personal service.

By combining the art and science of physiotherapy, yoga and Pilates, Physiyolates is fully equipped to provide solutions, interventions and bespoke programmes that meet individual lifestyle needs. This may be to: improve health and fitness, reduce stress levels, recover from injury or improve athletic performance.
