Wolf Spirit Yoga is run by 32 year old Stourbridge based Yoga Teacher Michelle Terry. Michelle is a qualified Hatha & Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga teacher and has been practising Yoga for over 12 years. She recently moved back to the UK after living in Australia for 9 years. During her time there she fell in love with the practice of Yoga & meditation, learning free-flowing classical vinyasa yoga at Dharma Shala Yoga School in North Bondi and enrolling on a Teacher Training programme at Kadampa Meditation Centre Sydney, becoming a Buddhist meditation teacher. During her time in Sydney she also qualified as a Sports, Remedial & Aromatherapy Massage Therapist and Reiki level 2 practitioner.
She then went on to spend two years living and working at a Buddhist Temple in Melbourne where she both studied and taught Buddhist meditation, including guiding all day workshops and weekend retreats. Once back home in the UK, Michelle completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with BSY and is currently completing her senior teacher training in Core Strength Vinyasa. She is delighted to now be sharing her passion for yoga and meditation in her local community. Michelle runs classes in Wellington and Shrewsbury and also owns her own Yoga Studio in Stourbridge.
