Helena Morley Yoga

Helena runs yoga classes across Leeds and Wakefield.  Classes are designed to empower you to find your strength, not only in your body but in your mind.  Yoga with Helena will help you to de-stress, build strength and flexibility, sleep better, relieve aches and pains and relaxing, supporting your physical and mental wellbeing.  Classes are suitable for all levels with numbers kept small so you get the attention you deserve, and all mats and props are provided.

Monthly Yoga for Runners workshops take place as well as weekly After Work Yoga starting 9th January at Activ Zone in Morley.  Helena also teaches very popular Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga under her Operation:Mama Yoga brand.
