My name is Jo Wheeler and I believe the best way to approach yoga is with a smile and thereâ€™s nothing better than a light-hearted â€œfunâ€ class to take you deeper into your yoga practice.
I like to bring a bit of fresh playfulness into my classes. Whether youâ€™re new to yoga or an experienced yogi or yogini, it is easy to dislodge oneself from the journey of yoga... fixated on reaching the â€œperfectâ€ pose, or wanting to go deeper or to be better... maybe the best!
The brilliance of yoga is that you can enjoy exactly where you are... now!
Classes are designed for everyone; men and women of all ability to improve fitness levels; create core strength, muscle tone, stamina, flexibility and well-being. We will move and work every muscle and joint of the body and you wonâ€™t even be aware, whilst expanding your comfort zone with a smile; laughing, having FUN and therefore teaching us to find humour at lifeâ€™s challenges outside of the yoga studio.
