Hot Yoga - Training in heated rooms immediately increases your flexibility, and allows you to tone & sculpt your body the way you want it. You will burn off calories quickly, reduce your stress levels and will feel totally energised and invigorated.
It really doesn\\\'t matter if you are a total beginner or an athlete, hot yoga will help you achieve your personal goals. The class is suitable for all levels and I teach 15 students maximum per 90 minute session.
Hatha Yoga - I also teach a slightly cooler Hatha yoga class, since completing a further 200 hrs teacher training program in Thailand earlier this year. This is a traditional Hatha yoga practice focusing on balancing energy levels, leaving you feeling much calmer, healthier and happier
Private tuition - if you do not feel that a class environment is for you and would prefer to have one to one tuition, I offer private classes for you or for you and a group of your friends.
The benefits of yoga are plentiful so the reason you start may not necessarily be the reason you continue as you notice that you feel healthier, stronger and much more focused. I have helped many students achieve a wide range of goals from recovering from injuries that now allow them to take on activities they never thought possible, winning competitions, getting promotions or just simply feeling better about themselves with a stronger sense of positivity and wellbeing.
Do I need to be bendy to start yoga?? - I still smile, as this is the most common question I am asked and the answer is a simple no. I clearly remember going to my first yoga class 8 years ago and not being able to touch my toes but trust me this soon comes with practice and you will find your flexibility.
All classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate, practising in a friendly environment, with emphasis placed on enjoying your class and learning to love yoga!
