The focus will be on honouring yourself and your body exactly as you are in the moment. Combining breath with flowing and static movements, poses are linked together in a specific way to strengthen and open up the body.
This invigorating and creative vinyasa class will build strength in the upper and lower body, increase flexibility, finding balance, and stillness. We will flow from the heart as we move into and out of poses creating an awareness within of our own individual energy and playfulness, getting you out of your head and into your body! Working with sun salutations, seated poses, standing poses and inversions. We finish the class with a deep shavasana, honouring our amazing bodies from a place of love. Adjustments will be offered to support a deeper level of awareness and understanding of alignment.
