If you don’t want to go to a group class or prefer to learn on your own at your own time and pace, I offer private yoga classes. During your private one to one class, you will have the opportunity to focus on your own individual practice and tune in to your body. The classes can be tailored for your own ability and level of fitness and can be scheduled to fit in with your busy day.
