About Swindon Yoga
Friendly yoga classes aimed at addressing individual needs and encouraging you to work at your own pace. Classes incorporate asana (physical postures) pranayama ( breathing practices) and relaxation / meditation. The pregnancy classes are adapted to support the changes taking place and help to prepare for labour and birth. Postnatal classes help to nurture mum and baby. Classes include strengthening the pelvic floor, abdomen and back, while relieving stiffness and tension from the shoulders due to carrying / feeding baby. Babies love interacting with mum during the session.
