Yoga classes in Newtown and Llanfair Waterdine near Knighton. I teach mixed ability Hatha Yoga classes on the following days: Mondays 10 – 11.30am, and Wednesdays 6-7.30pm at The Community Pavillion, Llanfair Waterdine, near Knighton.
