Namaste and welcome to Sarvanga Yoga!

My name is Rebecca and I have been teaching since 2014 and in 2017 opened a studio in Wokingham – Breathing Space Studio – with my fellow yogi Tanya Forgan.  At Breathing Space Studio we are wholely commited to creating a true sanctuary for the teaching and learning of yoga and meditation. A place of peace and calm and quiet for you to enjoy… Space to BREATHE!

“Sarvanga” translates from Sanskrit as “All limbs” and I choose this to embody my approach to yoga – to embrace, live and teach the many aspects of yoga holistically and with passion. My group classes usually feature asana (physical) yoga with a strong but accessible and soothing flow of postures combined with pranayama and deeply restoring meditation considering ancient yogic traditions and fresh modern insights. Yes, yoga can help you become strong, flexible and balanced but it also takes you a much deeper, and that what keeps it interesting!

I offer a range of classes for adults as well as children, including:

• Yoga Flow (mixed ability, beginners welcome)
• Yin Yang Yoga (dynamic practice balanced with gentle yin and meditation – some experience beneficial)
• Pregnancy Yoga
• Yin Yoga
• Yoga Nidra
• Candlelight Yoga & Meditation
• Postnatal Mother & Baby Yoga
• Parent & Child Yoga
• 1:1 yoga coaching
• Private group bookings

There are lots of regular classes and events coming up so please do book a class soon and become part of our community. Remember, yoga is not about doing headstands or touching your toes, you don’t need to be fit or flexible to begin your yoga journey… start where you are and the rest will follow.
