Credentials & History:

2009 qualified with world renowned and well respected Master teacher Nicky Knoff as a Foundation, Level 1 & 2 instructor – achieved 200RYT certificate and registration through Yoga Alliance.

2009-2010 Began teaching for the County Council in their offices to help employees relax and focus. I also developed a 6 week beginner course teaching and introducing students to the practice of yoga at this time which I taught at numerous venues.

2010-2011 Studied Sports Nutrition at Truro College.

2010-2012 The Bay Hotel and Spa, Cornwall teaching for locals and guests weekly.

2012 Founded Synergy Yoga and opened the doors to Synergy Yoga Studio in Pentire Newquay.

2012 Received Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy at DSY.

2013 Received Level 7 Intermediate to Advanced Teacher Training Certificate with Master Teacher Nicky Knoff in East Germany.

2014 – achieved Level 2 & 3 Counselling Skills Certificate

2015 – became a ROXY ambassador

2015 – Began teaching at the 5 star, prestigious Headland Hotel in Newquay

2015 – Well Woman/Womb Yoga Therapy certificate with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and completed Patterns & Pain Management Yoga Therapy training with Doug Keller

2016 – Continued training for Ayurveda & Lifestyle consultant certificate
