Find your calm space at our friendly, happy and peaceful classes in Fratton and Southsea (Eastney).

Every Thursday 7.15pm to 8.15pm in the Community room inside Tesco Extra Fratton.

ONLY £5 

Monday 7pm – 8pm in the dance studio at Eastney Community Centre Bransbury Park Milton. £7

Please bring your own mat. A block and strap are also very useful props.

All abilities are welcome whether you are experienced practitioner or a beginner this class will have something special for you.

Each class will offer breath control (pranayama), poses for strength, flexibilty and balance and relaxation.
