Karen Clarke Yoga me HAPPY

Supportive, friendly classes in Felixstowe. Hatha Yoga and Laughter yoga. Karen is an experienced BWY teacher. She has been practising yoga for over 30 years and teaching in Felixstowe for more than 18. Yoga is non competitive and everyone is encouraged to work at their own level. Yoga is a way to bring peace and harmony into your life. My weekly classes are of mixed ability and fun. Once a month I host a Laughter Yoga club to help spread laughter, smiles and happiness.
