Yogabird

Weekly classes that incorporate strong technique, dynamic flow and some yoga philosophy. I am an accredited teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, having completed my first teacher training with the Inner Yoga Trust in 2007. I am due to finish my second teacher training in early 2013 with Anusara teacher, Bridget Woods Kramer, and this style of yoga flavours my classes.

I offer regular courses for newbies, I have regular weekly drop in classes and one weekly intermediate class. I also offer worshops and private tuition.
