Monday Evenings 18:45 All levels Yoga at Staines Community Centre. We will start the class with pranayama,folloed by a sequence designed for you to find your balance, increase flexibility and develop strength and body awareness.
Tuesday Evenings 6pm- power yoga designed to increase your fitness level and build strength in the body. Whilst this is a more physicality challenging class it is suitable for beginners as well as modifications and props will be provided.
Classes are £8 for drop in or £40 for a block of six (has to be used within 8 weeks).

Nadia is a 200H RYT Hatha Yoga Qualified Instructor. Her love for Yoga begun in 2011 when she first attended Yoga at her local gym. Since then she found that she would love to start teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga she felt herself. Her classes focus on the holistic aspects of yoga and are suitable for beginners and regular practitioners alike. Nadia believes that yoga is not reserved for a specific body type or just for the flexible people. Yoga is for every body and anyone can come to the class and enjoy the session. Nadia has experience in teaching small and large groups alike ranging in all abilities and ages from teenagers to 80+.
