Classes aim to bring the benefits of yoga through asanas, pranayama,meditation and relaxation.
I believe yoga should be available to all kinds of people with all kinds of abilities, not just the young, flexible and physically fit.
To this aim my classes are small, friendly and have a sense of fun as I believe we should never take ourselves or our yoga too seriously. I always offer options to suit differing abilities and conditions. I guarantee you will feel physically, mentally and spiritually better by attending my classes.
