Yoga with Meltem

I began my Yoga journey in Istanbul with Hatha Yoga. many years ago and tried various yoga types and learnt Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Meditation and Pranayama in India.

I have trained on a Yoga Teacher Training course (RYT200) in Goa, India and (RYT500) in Rishikesh, India. Being a Yoga Alliance member, I have also trained 85 hours Pre-Natal Teacher training course in London and became a Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher.
I believe yoga is a lifestyle choice and the means of discovering one’s self. I care about alignments, adjustments and modifications of asanas according to the individual needs and the level of the class.

Additionally, I have a keen interest in all areas of hypnosis and have a diploma in Hypnotherapy also a Reiki III master.

I am currently teaching Hatha Flow yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Pregnancy yoga around Newbury and Winchester.
