Hatha Yoga Wednesdays 9:15-10:45
A class suitable for all abilities, including beginner. This class works the whole body from top to toe! You can expect hands-on adjustments and individual modifications to suit your body and ability. We will cover the poses from Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) and frequently put the sequence together.
Baby-Friendly Yoga Wednesdays 11:15-12:45
A class for parents who find childcare difficult but want to go to a yoga class. Focussing on reconnecting mind with body after having a baby and relaxation. Babies are very welcome and not expected to behave and you can feed/change/talk/sing to them. We stay mostly on the floor with the babies. This class is about you!
