Upcoming pregnancy yoga classes coming to Liskeard!

My weekly 90 minute pregnancy yoga classes will help to support you through your pregnancy and birth journey both mentally and physically.

Every week we’ll cover something different, learning different breathing techniques for the stages of labour, different positions and movements to help you feel more comfortable in pregnancy and all important positions and movements for your labour and birth too.

Classes are suitable anytime after your first trimester right up until your due date. No prior experience of yoga is necessary, the class is gentle and accessible to absolutely everyone.

I’m a doula, antenatal, pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing teacher, bringing together over 10 years experience and a breadth of knowledge to support you through your pregnancy and birth journey.

I also teach baby massage and baby yoga classes so you can carry on classes with me after baby’s born.

Pregnancy yoga classes in Liskeard, Cornwall will be starting on Tuesday 12th September and will be held at the Yoga Studio on Barras Street.
