***In line with Government Covid19 guidelines, I will be offering group BEACH, WOODLAND & OUTDOOR YOGA in a variety of locations (Falmouth, St Mawes & Talland Bay in Cornwall) as well as private outdoor classes***
Whoever you are, where you are from, what you do or how much Yoga you have done, you are welcome to come and practice with me.
My classes are open to anyone and I focus on mindful movement to help you connect with your body, your mind, your breath, and back to who you are. The modern world is a busy place with challenges to face but I offer a safe space for you to unwind and reconnect. If you want to cry, cry. If you want to rest, rest. I will guide you through a series of intention setting, breathe-work, Asanas (postures), through to Savasana (relaxation) with mindfulness and mediation to help you find that calm, peace and time for yourself.
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher and primarily teach Vinyasa (a flow style of yoga) as well a slower and unwinding Hatha & Yin based classes , allwith a focus on connecting breath with movement to tame the mind and find this state of peace.
