Fiona has been a yoga teacher for 15 years, She began her movement training studying ballet from a young age and then performing professionally as a dancer. She found that regular yoga practice complimented a gruelling touring schedule and proved physically and mentally beneficial.
Fiona’s class will offer yoga to challenge, stretch, strengthen and nourish.
Fiona delivers instruction with clarity and precision and is aware of her students' individual needs. Her classes and workshops are informative and relaxed. Students are encouraged to move freely through flowing sequences and extended poses. Classes are taught according to students’ ability with an emphasis on practicing yoga safely.
We will focus on alignment and core stability to enhance a grounded and uplifting life long practice.
