Influenced predominantly by Iyengar teachings, with a focus on detail and alignment, My holistic approach also draws on many other schools of yoga.
I love yoga as there is always so much to learn. I travel to India each year to build on my knowledge and gain inspiration from my teachers.
I truly believe yoga is for everyone and my classes reflect this. My lessons are suitable for a mix of abilities and positions can be modified to suit your needs.
I ensure the lessons are always interesting and fun by focusing on different areas of the body and finding different ways of doing this.
When you leave at the end of the session i aim for you to feel more supple, stronger, happier and calmer.
