Amy-Yoga

Amy is an experienced, dedicated and fun-loving Yoga Alliance Professionals senior teacher, offering classes and teacher training courses online and in-person from her St Agnes studio base in sunny Cornwall! She is mad about everything to do with yoga, movement and the human body, and loves creating communities through her yoga classes and teacher training courses. She has been teaching yoga for over 12 years, and although she loves all types of yoga after having two children of her own she has a deep commitment to use yoga to support women both pre and postnatally.

Amy is a Yoga Alliance Professionals approved-trainer pro and her training courses include foundation yoga teacher training (280hr), pregnancy, & postnatal yoga (90hr), toddler & pre-school yoga (40hr), and shorter further training courses for yoga teachers. Amy specialises in online training courses that creatively combine live-led group training, 1:2:1 mentoring and self-paced study. She is immensely proud of the outstanding outcomes of her training courses, coming from an educational background, Amy is passionate about raising standards in yoga teacher training and creating a supportive community of thriving, happy yoga teachers.
