Next Wave Therapy and Yoga creates an experience just for you. Specialising in creating tailor made at home retreat days, Amy and her small team travel throughout Cornwall to recreate the yoga studio and spa experience in the comfort of your home or holiday home. You may wish to have a one off yoga class during your stay in  Cornwall or organise for daily classes, guided mediations, massage treatments and sound baths, the choice is yours! We also host immersive week and weekend retreats within Cornwall and Europe.  Feel free to join in on one of our weekly classes in  St Columb Major and Retallack Resort and Spa too.
