Specialising in Dynamic Vinyasa Flow & modified Ashtanga Vinyasa styles of Yoga together with a strong focus on core strengthening, incorporating relaxation and meditation techniques in to classes.

I currently run classes in Buckhurst Hill, Essex with more coming soon to the local area. I also offer bespoke and smaller group classes in Epping, Ongar, Theydon Bois, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Woodford, South Woodford, Wanstead and some areas of East London.
