I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and began my personal yoga journey some years before that. I am continually inspired by this practise and it’s capacity to offer transformation and growth. I am very grateful to have worked with many students over the years both in open classes and in private 1-2-1 sessions and it is really my students that inspire me to continue growing and learning as a teacher. I am currently enrolled in a 500 hour Yoga Therapy training with The Minded Institute in London developing my understanding of a wide range of physical and mental health conditions and yoga’s influence on body & mind.
I hope to offer students a pathway to finding their own capacity for self-awareness and connection, through the practise we can work on building our personal resiliency, our ability to recognise when we might need to pause and take a step back, and tools that can empower us to create change.
I teach mindful vinyasa-flow with a focus on breath work, explorative alignment and philosophy. I also teach restorative yoga, Pregnancy yoga and Mum and Baby yoga.
