Daisy Birthingâ„¢ with Bumps-a-daisy

Daisy Birthing classes are a unique approach to antenatal education.

The classes are a combination of yoga-inspired movement, birth education, breathing techniques and relaxation – We educate as we move, teaching you why you are doing the movement and how it will help during pregnancy, labour and birth. By practising the moves weekly we aim to build muscle memory so that you will birth instinctively and remember what you can do to help yourself when you go into labour.

We offer 2 class options.

The first is for mums-to-be only and are suitable from 14 weeks pregnant onwards, It’s entirely up to you how many terms you do, although we recommend at least two so that the muscle memory really sinks in.

These classes are run in 6 week terms, and cost just £54 for the 6 weeks.

The second is a couples workshop. These 3- 4 hour sessions will take you through the complete birthing experience, from natural ways to help labour begin, through to the forth trimester with your baby.

Couples workshops are priced at £75 per couple.
