This is your time to slow down, destress and reconnect with peacefulness.

These dynamic yoga classes influenced by tradition, adapted to your needs.

Yoga offers progressive strength, flexibility, destress, mindfulness and laughter.

As you arrive to the yoga class, candles are lit, music is peaceful and the scent is calming.

Suitable for beginners and totally inexperienced yogis.

Free parking.
Arrive 5 mins early at least.
BYOM (bring your own mat, I will have many spares but there is a beautiful connection between you and your own safe space).
All sessions must be pre-booked with me over messenger please.
I am offering one off classes to try it out (limited spaces) and 8 week blocks to support you and ensure you are experiencing the benefits.
Monthly payments of £45
