Katherine Wainwright Yoga and Pilates Teacher

Katherine is an experienced Yoga and Pilates teacher based in Fareham Hampshire. Her yoga is a fusion of Hatha and Kundalini working with the Chakra energy system. Her Kunda yoga classes consist of an asana based flow, a dynamic meditation and a relaxation. She is also a qualified Gravity yoga teacher, an excellent supplement to yoga and any cardio work.

Classical mat Pilates is taught to beginners, intermediate and advanced students. She often incorporates her Saturday workshops with a yogalates class followed by a SUP or kayak session, at Fareham Marina.

Katherine is a qualified NLP counsellor, Reiki Master, Juice Therapist, and Vegan Nutritionist and often uses these resources in her well being coaching work.
