YOGA with Connie

Hi, I’m Connie, I teach yoga on Wednesdays 7.45-9.15pm & Thursdays 7.30-9pm in Drayton/Farlington, Portsmouth (at Scoutlands, Evelegh Road – opposite Solent Infant School).
My Hatha Yoga courses include relaxation, meditation, yoga postures and breathing practices to promote physical, mental & emotional well-being.
The classes are suitable for everyone and every student is practicing at their individual level of ability in a non-competitive environment.
The length of the courses varies (usually between 5 – 7 weeks) and classes work out at £5 for a 90-minute session, so the cost for a 6-week-course would be £30. You can of course try out a session (£5) before committing yourself to a set of classes.
