Description:

I qualified to teach with the British Wheel of Yoga about 10 years ago. Since then I have continued training in the Viniyoga style and completed a Pregnancy Yoga module with the British Wheel of Yoga. I am currently studying the Art of Individual Teaching with the Association for Yoga Studies.

My classes are small (8 max) so that I can give individual attention and encourage interaction. I am starting a beginners class in mid October 2012. I also run two evening classes and one day class at the moment and I am looking to start more classes.

The room is clean and carpeted. It is warm in winter time and well ventilated in summer time.
