Our classes are fun, dynamic and focus on encouraging you to listen to your body and to work with it, rather than trying to copy some preconceived idea of a fixed posture or movement.
Although our physical practice is often challenging, everyone is encouraged to work within the limits of their own ability and to develop from there. Because yoga isn't just exercise, the psychological parts of our practice are just as important as the physical - you can expect to devote a portion of each class to practices which will improve concentration, the ability to de-stress and to feel OK as a human being.
If you've ever played with the idea of yoga, but steered away because you thought it was boring or a bit old-fashioned, you're in for a rude awakening - WAY is about living well in the 21st century, so come and join us there!
