About Yoga With Nicola
YOGA FOR EVERYONE
I am a certified Yoga Alliance International accredited teacher and have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. My small, friendly hour-long yoga classes revolve around Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow and are suitable for all, from beginners to advanced. Postures and sequences can be modified to suit any ability or flexibility, including my chair yoga class. The classes include, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation.
I am passionate about bringing yoga to those that have never tried yoga before or feel they are too old to start.
Yoga builds strength, balance, mobility and develops body awareness. The benefits of yoga include:

Each week has a different theme with a revolving focus and offers various poses from standing to sitting or lying down. The aim is for you to feel energised, yet relaxed and restored.
Yoga is about you finding your centre, your inner power, resilience and strength which will sustain you through life’s ups and downs.
In my class, you will find:
• A fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa flows/poses
• A warm-up before the peak poses and modifications on offer
• Moving in a mindful manner
• Safety first: Using alignment and the right props
• A relaxed and friendly atmosphere
• Working at your own pace
My aim is for my students to leave with a smile, feeling better physically and mentally.
