About B’s Farmhouse Yoga
B’s Farmhouse Yoga is set in the picturesque village of Wrotham in Kent. Classes are taught in small groups of 6. Having practiced Yoga for over 15 years, I have just completed the 3.5 year teacher training with the British wheel of Yoga. ( BWYQ level4)
Yoga is so much more that physical asana practice for me and I work on carrying that message through to my students. My classes focus on Asana, Pranayama and meditation in addition to a well deserved Shavasana ( relaxation) practice.
In 2019, I will be doing further training to teach children.
