Sunshine and Light

I provide yoga classes, chair yoga classes, one to ones, teen yoga classes and sound baths in Leicester, Houghton on the Hill, Leicester, Oadby Leicester, Tilton on the Hill, Leicester and Oakham, Rutland. I am an experienced teacher and have been practicing yoga for over 20 years.

Classes are suitable for all levels including beginners. Classes involve yoga postures, stretching, breathing and balance with different options for poses to suit all levels as well as relaxation at the end.

Yoga Classes Houghton on the Hill:
Mon 10:30am - noon
Tues 6:45pm - 8:15pm
Wed 7:30pm - 9pm

Chair yoga:
Mon 12:20 pm - 1:05 pm with tea afterwards

Oadby
Wed 10am - 11:30am

Chair Yoga
11:50am - 12:35pm

Sound baths:
Leicester - Mon 7th Jan 7:30pm
Oakham - Sat 4th Feb 10:30am

My classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Please contact me in order to book in prior to attending a yoga class. I offer adaptations for those who may require it.
