About Love & Light Yoga with Natalie – Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga classes

Natalie has been practicing Yoga for many years and comes from a background of Ashtanga, Hatha and Iyengar. Having a strong belief that Yoga can have a positive life changing effect, Natalie decided to undertake the CYF teacher training course and has been teaching ever since! Whilst pregnant in 2013, Natalie decided to complete the Yoga Campus Pregnancy Yoga teacher training so is qualified in this area along with Postnatal Yoga for which she completed her training with Birthlight London.

Natalie offers lots of alternative postures in her classes and encourages everyone to work to their own level and how they feel at the time.
