
About Shine Yoga Dance
Nicky is the founder and creator of Shine Yoga Dance. Formerly a dance practitioner (dancer- dance teacher and choregrapher) she came into the world of yoga through dance injury and rehabilitation and never looked back. “It was exactly where I was meant to be- a homecoming!”
Nicky has combined her experience in movement and anatomy and has been teaching yoga (vinyasa), groups and privates, pregnancy yoga, and pregnancy partner yoga for 10 years. Her experience allows for a very detailed yet enjoyable approach to learning yoga.
“We are all just trying to get honest and find ways of connecting on and off the matt and yoga movement is my platform for enhancing these skills.
Nicky is also the creator of the world wide recognised trilogy of fitness DVDs that fuse yoga and dance; Ballet Fitness, Ballet Yoga and Beginners Yoga as found on Amazon.
She runs classes in Woking and London. Her classes will allow you time to explore deep stress relief, connection to self, self confidence, stopping unhealthy thought patterns to gain deeper happiness all whilst getting a toned and lithe body with really appropriate and achievable results for all!
