About Yoga Horizons
I run Group Yoga classes, Yoga one to ones, Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Ayurveda advice on diet and lifestyle. So whatever your needs, I have the tools to help you feel well, either physically or mentally. I have practised yoga for many years and been a yoga teacher since 2011.
My group classes are via Zoom currently and I run my one to one sessions at home.
I have trained with CYS yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance, Yogacampus, Mindfulness UK and Ayurveda Institute UK. I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Mondays: 9.30 to 10.45am and 1.45 to 3pm.
Fridays: 9.30 to 10.45am.
