A combination of breath-work, visualisation, meditation, body sensing, and grounding, class always ends with a beautiful yoga-nidra, a true gift to yourself; allowing you to rest and unwind, letting go of stress and tension in a simple and yet profound way. Deeply nurturing and rejuvenating for both your physical body and your inner being.
This is a very still class, so even though the sun is shining, please dress in warm clothes and bring socks, your body temperature will drop.
Everyone is welcome, you do not need to have practiced any form of stillness work.
