My classes are small and friendly with careful alignment instruction and modifications and individual support as needed.  You will feel you are learning progressively with  support and encouragement and whatever your level, you will benefit from developing your physical strength, flexibility, ease of movement, the ability to feel ‘in your body’ and to relax  and rest deeply. My students say they leave my classes feeling energised, relaxed and in a good mood.
